Mark was an instant friend to everyone he met when he came to work in Washington. We will miss him so much. We will never forget the things he taught us. How to enjoy life every day, be a good friend, keep in touch, how to gig frogs, cook catfish, speak your mind, never pass up the opportunity to tell someone you love them, work hard, and play harder. We will fill the hole in our hearts with the great memories we had with him.
