Obituary of JoAnne Parker Pine

Graveside services for JoAnne Parker Pine, age 73, of Grayson, will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, July 11, 2014 at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks with Rev. Howard Hudson officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5:30 PM until service time at the cemetery. JoAnne was born February 18, 1941 to Willie and Tommie Parker in Pasadena, TX and she passed from this life July 8, 2014 at her residence in Grayson. She enjoyed playing music and was an organist for many years at the Grayson Methodist Church. Her hobbies included reading, sewing, nature watching, and searching the internet. She loved her sons and granddaughter very much. She was preceded in death by her husband: Joe Bill Pine; father: Willie Parker; brother: Jerry Parker. She is survived by two sons: Shannon Pine of Covington; Toby Pine of Grayson; mother: Tommie Parker of Grayson; granddaughter: Summer Pine of West Monroe; sister-in-law: Ginger Pine of Covington; former daughter-in-law: Tracy Ledbetter of Calhoun. Pallbearers will be Tommy Parker, Buddy Gill, Carl Hickman, Toby Pine, Shannon Pine, and Brad Howl.
