Obituary of Cindy Perkins Mohler

Funeral services for Cindy Perkins Mohler, age 66, of Grayson will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Marion Collier officiating. Interment will follow at Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Cindy was born January 19, 1948 to Willie B. Perkins, Jr. and Nelma Crain Perkins in Columbia and she passed from this life on July 12, in St. Joseph, LA. She was a retired LPN and was also retired from the Caldwell Parish School Board. She loved hunting, fishing, and painting. She loved her two dogs, Co Co and Doxie very much. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Douglas Mohler; her parents; brothers: William David Perkins and Ronald Perkins. She is survived by her brother: Scott Perkins and his wife Delores of Choudrant; two sisters: Belinda Perkins McLemore and her husband Sidney of Newellton; Dena Perkins Hale and her husband Michael of Newellton; two sister-in laws: Roberta Brown and her husband Buddy; Tammy Perkins; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Pallbearers will be Michael McLemore, Ryan McLemore, Lee Hale, Stetson Perkins, Hunter Hale, and Adam Pace.
