Obituary of Shellie Renee Roberts

Funeral services for Shellie Renee Roberts, age 42 of Grayson, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Shane Duke officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Old Union Cemetery, west of Grayson. Shellie was born December 3, 1971 to the union of Shep Moore and Linda Evans Moore in Belle Chase, LA and she passed away at her residence on October 18, 2014. She was a pipeline surveyor. She loved her daddy very much and loved motorcross. She was preceded in death by her father, Shep Moore (her #1); mother, Linda Evans Moore; two sisters: Cathy Humphries Strickland and Charlotte Gerald; and Hannah. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Randy Roberts of Grayson; son, Troy Buck Wheeler and friend, Candace Wiley of New Orleans; daughters: Jessie Kelli Wheeler (LuLu) and boyfriend, Jessie Paul Cox; Casey Roberts Wiley and husband, Chris of Farmerville; Erin Roberts of Calhoun; brotherly friend, Brian Hays; sisters: Connie Moore Diel and husband, Tim of Grayson; Judy Moreau of Grayson; Beverly Coates of Calhoun; Selina Gerald of Grayson; Janet Cagle of Grayson; Karen Meredith of Grayson; step-mother, Carolyn Moore of Grayson; grandchildren: Allie Wiley and Cason Wiley; nephew, Dakota Diel (CoCo Man); and three special friends: Bug, Melanie, and Leasa. Pallbearers will be Johnny Lutrick, Paul Johnston, Patrick Eldridge, Jody Thompson, Joey Martin, and Brian Hays.
