Obituary of Mary Valentine

Mary Louise Blackmon Valentine age 50 of Olla passed away on February 28, 2015 following a brief illness. She was born on September 11, 1964 at Monroe, LA to the union of her parents Albert Clyde Blackmon, Sr. and Janice Sikes Blackmon. She was preceded in death by her father, and by a sister: Sharon Ann Oser and a brother: Nolan Blackmon. Left to cherish her memory are her mother; her husband: John Valentine of Olla; her son: Michael Valentine and wife Christie of Olla; her daughter: Kayce Valentine of Olla; three brothers: Johnny Blackmon of Dallas, Georgia, Dave Blackmon of Rusk, Texas, and Albert Clyde "Buggy" Blackmon, Jr of Idaho; her sister: Mrs. Patsy Oser of Wisner, and her beloved grandchildren: Savannah, Justin, and Derek. The family will gather on the Riverwalk in Columbia to celebrate her life and will culminate with a balloon release on Saturday March 7, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
