Ed always had a joke and a big smile. He made sure that the church doors were unlocked and the lights and air were turned on before everyone came for church. If he saw a job to be done he would take care of it .Often times this would go unnoticed. He put the needs of others before his own. His love for God was evident in his daily walk. He was a man of many talents. He blessed us through his music with his beautiful voice, a God given talent .I am thankful to our Lord for leading Ed to Columbia Heights Baptist Church ,he was a blessing to many. He will forever be missed on this earth but I know that he is in Heaven now with that sweet smile and telling his jokes.
