Obituary of Gary Hall

Funeral services for Gary Bryan Hall, age 50 of Columbia, will be 3 PM Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Palestine Baptist Church in Vixen with Rev. Charles Lutrick officiating. Interment will follow in Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery in Vixen. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at Palestine Baptist Church from 4 PM to 9 PM then again Thursday morning from 10 AM until time of service. Gary Hall was born on February 15, 1958 in Columbia to the union of J. Herman and Dorothy Virginia Varner Hall and passed from this life on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Glenwood Medical Center in West Monroe. Gary was a member of Palestine Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Hall of Columbia, brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Teri Hall of Columbia and his sister, Sharon Hall of Eagle River, AK. Pallbearers will be Frank Steele, Jim Steele, Eddie Steele, Andrew Strange, Mike Osbon, Jimmy Ray Girod, Gene May, Jr. and Mike Barmore. Honorary pallbearer is Gary Steele.
