Cookie was one of my best friends ever. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Cookie was always there for me and someone I could always share a secret and not only would it be kept, but if I asked for advice she would kindly give it. The world lost a wonderful person and heaven gained her. I am so happy I had the chance to get to know Cookie!! She will be missed terribly by her family and friends. Dear Carla - I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with your mother at DGW for many years. We have met, but I'm sure you don't remember me. Your mother was a wonderful and very special person. She loved you and the grandchildren so very much. On two occasions, Cookie surprised me with wonderful pop up books for my two girls who were adopted in China.
