Obituary of Phyllis Stowe

Services for Mrs. Phyllis L. Stowe, age 52, of Kelly will be held at 2pm Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from Tullos United Pentecostal Church with Rev. E.R. Johnson and Rev.Gary Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Chickasaw Cemetery east of Olla. Visitation will be from 5pm until 9pm Tuesday and from 9am until time of services Wednesday in the church. Mrs. Stowe was born April 20, 1956 and passed from this life Saturday March 21, 2009 in her residence. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Iva Ruth Lane Perot; and her sister Peggy Cockerham. Survivors include her husband Mr. R.L. Stowe of Kelly, LA, daughter, Shannon Stowe Hillestad and husband: Steve of Olla; sons, Bobby Shane Stowe and wife: Lindsey of Olla, Rickey Wayne Stowe and wife: Maria of Olla; sisters, Barbra Hunt, Gail Meredith, Judy Cruse, and Tammy Perot; brothers, Rickey Perot and Rickey Hightower; her ten grandchildren, Coal Hillestad, Kade Hillestad, Kylee Hillestad, Titus Stowe, Taylor Stowe, Korvin Stowe, Canaan Stowe, Montanna Stowe, Jessey Stowe, and Daniel Stowe.Pallbearers will be Coal Hillestad, Jeremy Hillestad, Bruce Roshto, Kelly Gwin, Kevin Dove, Shane Foy, Brett Hester, and Chris Wilson.
