Obituary of Barbara Wilson

Services for Mrs. Barbara Wilson, 76, will be held 11:00 am Thursday, April 16, 2009, from the First Baptist Church of Columbia with Rev.Eric Harriman and Rev. James Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park of Pineville. Visitation will be at the Church from 5pm to 9pm Wednesday, April 15, and from 9am until time of services in the Church on Thursday. Mrs. Wilson was born on December 6, 1932 and passed from this life on Sunday, April 12, 2009 in St. Francis North Hospital of Monroe. She was a telephone operator having retired from Bell South and she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia. Survivors include her husband Mr. Oliver Wilson of Columbia; daughters, Brenda Murphy of Columbia; Judy Dudley of Columbia; step-son: Donald Berry Wilson of Mobile, AL.; step-daughter: Terri Evans of Grayson; grandchildren: Tammy Duke of Columbia; Jonathan Murphy of Columbia; Lindsie Brockner of Monroe; step-grandchildren Sommer and Amber Malcomb of Grayson; great grandchildren: Samantha Duke of Columbia; Ryan Murphy of Columbia; Jackson Brockner of Monroe. Pallbearers will be Charles Wilson, Jonathan Murphy, Orville Wilson, Donald Berry Wilson, Jamie Evans, and Gary Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be the adult Sunday school class of the First Baptist Church of Columbia
