Obituary of Bobby Nugent

Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Ray Nugent, age 75 of Urania, will be 2 PM Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from the sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Urania in Urania with Bro. Bo Prather officiating. Interment will follow at Urania Cemetery in Urania. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5 PM to 9 PM at First Baptist Church of Urania then again Tuesday morning from 9 AM until time of service. Mr. Nugent was born on March 23, 1934 in Olla to Ms. Ethal Marie Nugent and passed from this life on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at his residence. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Olla. He worked in the timber industry as a logger and later served on the Police Jury. He was preceded in death by his mother and his son, Bobby Glenn Nugent. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Nelda Lee Nugent, daughter, Cindy Sage and husband, Charlie of Buckner, MO, two grandchildren; Morgan Roark and Mindy Crain and two great-grandchildren; Dannen Roark and Kailee Martin. Pallbearers will be Scooter Berry, Olan Coolman, Jimmy Blankenship, Charlie Sage, Kyle Crain and Daniel Martin.
