George and I became the deepest of friends. In 1981 we had a son, Eric Harrison. We stayed in contact when I moved California. The last time Eric saw his dad was on a visit to Columbia LA in 2002. We would like it if a family member could send us a memorial pamphlet. We would like to be able to mourn him. In love may God Bless and Keep you. If you would like to contact us for any reason my email is arosedance@msn.com

Deputy George Williams. I cannot count the years that I have known you. You were one of my patrolman while at the Alexandria Police Department. You always did what was expected of you. I never heard any harsh words from you are you raising your voice to anyone only a kind a hand. I nick named you "Rib eye" when I was going to have a shift crawfish boil at my home and when I asked for a show of hands of those that were coming you did not raise your hand. I asked you why you were not going to come and you simply told me "I don't eat crawfish." I asked you what you would prefer and you told us "Rib Eye." That stuck with you while we worked together. God Rest Your Soul. You are a God's man and may the Lord take some of the pain away from your family for a good deputy was needed to be with the Lord.
