I am really saddened by the loss of this wonderful person, and she was not quite 4 when Carl and I married. She became very close to us. I love all of you. Jimmy, you have always been a great husband and dad. You have been an asset to our family. I am sorry I can’t be there with you all, but I am in Pell City, Alabama for doctors’ appointments. It was a blessing to know this beautiful woman and her family! My heart breaks for you all at this most difficult time in your lives. Battling what you have all battled has taken its toll on each one of you. I know from experience it affects you all in different ways, but the loss of Kathy will be felt for a very long time.
