I will always remember Mr. Noel's laugh, smile, and love of family. I remember his coming to all of our ball games and band concerts growing up, and most recently to watch the activities of his grands. To Shana, Danyell, Midonna, and Mrs. Linda, I pray God's incredible love and grace give you strength and comfort in this hour of your grief. Much love!
